My name is Mazy Hedayat. I’ve been an Attorney for more than 25 years. My law firm, M. Hedayat & Associates, helps people from around DuPage County build and maintain companies, buy and sell homes, develop real estate, solve construction disputes, navigate Bankruptcy, and protect their rights in Court. After starting at the University of Chicago, I received my B.A. with Distinction from the Honor’s College at the University of Michigan, my MBA. from the Ross School of Business, and my JD from DePaul University College of Law. I am a title insurance agent, held a license as a business broker, and have held Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
I have been actively involved in the DuPage County Bar Association, where I served as the Chair of Committees including:

I am also proud to have served on the Advisory Committee for Electronic Filing, and to have earned a Board of Directors’ Award.

I have closed innumerable real estate deals — commercial, residential and industrial — and the title company I owned has insured the title on all types of property.
I also represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in State and Federal matters throughout the Northern District of Illinois, including Nicor Gas.
