Mr. Hedayat is a licensed title agent and previously held business broker and securities licenses. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, and Will County Bar Association. Mr. Hedayat was Chair of the Bankruptcy, Publication, Business and Practice Management committees of the DuPage County Bar Association where he edited the Bar Brief and earned a Board of Directors Award.
